Order Processing and Shipping
Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. We do not have an option for rush orders. Additions to orders will not be possible, as payment is now taken at the time of ordering, and we do not have access to your payment card to charge the add-on. Please view your cart before you checkout.
Shipping quotes are available. I would pkg them and take to Canada Post for the proper shipping rate and then get back to you as my system does not calculate the weight of the items. Every parcel is shipped Expedited and includes insurance. For large parcels it is insured for $100.00 and for small they are insured for $50.00.
Tracking numbers will be provided to you at the time of mailing. The tracking number lets you know where your parcel is and when it should arrive to you. If you have any difficulty 48 hours after I give you the tracking number please email me at leahhamel353@hotmail.com and we will be glad to assist you.
Actual shipping costs are assumed by the customer(unless otherwise stated such as shipping promotions), including any additional charges such as brokerage fees.
Before the products leave us, they are thoroughly inspected and aim to secure the product in the event of bumps and drops, but accidents do happen. Canada Post are responsible for breakage once the products are mailed.
If there is any damage or error with your order, please contact us within 14 days. Include a description of the problem, and take pictures if possible.
For parcels that do not arrive for some reason:
Should there be any issues/questions with delivery you must contact the Courier to resolve these issues. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the proper address is provided at the time of your order.
Returns
If product is faulty please contact us to make arrangements to have your product replaced as quickly as possible. We want you to get the experiencing your Country Chic Scents Candles sooner than later.
